Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the booking page (booking.oganaglobal.com, "the Service") operated by 오가나셀 피부과의원 청담점 ("the Clinic"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Clinic and the applicant.

These Terms apply to all applicants using the Service.

The Clinic may amend these Terms when necessary. Material changes will be posted on this page at least 7 days in advance.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you may discontinue use of the Service.

Matters not specified in these Terms are governed by the Medical Service Act and other relevant laws of the Republic of Korea.

The Service collects information you provide (name, contact, nationality, date of birth, areas of interest, preferred date) for the purpose of scheduling a consultation with the Clinic.

Submission is a request only; bookings are confirmed once the Clinic's consultation manager has contacted you.

You must provide accurate information using the form specified by the Service.

Required fields: name, date of birth, nationality, contact, areas of interest, preferred consultation date and time.

The Clinic may refuse an application that contains false or missing information, or that appears to violate public order.

You must provide accurate personal information and may not impersonate others.

You are responsible for the truthfulness of the information provided.

You agree to respond to follow-up contact from the Clinic and to notify us promptly of any cancellations or changes.

The booking page is available 24 hours a day, year-round, in principle. Service may be temporarily suspended for operational or technical reasons.

Consultation response via KakaoTalk / LINE / WhatsApp follows the Clinic's operating hours.

We protect your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Medical Service Act, and other applicable laws of the Republic of Korea.

You are liable for any damages caused to the Clinic by your violation of these Terms.

If the Clinic is sued by a third party due to your unlawful act in using the Service, you shall indemnify the Clinic at your own expense.

The Clinic is not liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by force majeure or communication failures

• Disruptions caused by the applicant

• Disputes between applicants, or between an applicant and a third party

The Service handles only consultation booking requests; medical procedures themselves are governed by the Clinic's separate medical service terms.

Disputes shall be resolved in good faith between the Clinic and the applicant. Failing such resolution, suits may be brought in the court of competent jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
